Returns Policy
We strive to offer only the best quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. We will happily exchange or refund any products that are faulty or that you return un-opened in their original condition. We will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of invoice. If you wish to return an item to us you must first contact us – you can do this by emailing us at x18ltd@aol.com. We cannot accept any returned items without this prior authorisation.
Delivery
Orders are sent in plain outer packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, our return address will be shown in one corner of the address label (in small font, without any logo). Usually, orders are despatched as soon as money is received.
Typical delivery times are:
• UK – 3-5 working days from despatch (Royal Mail first class post*)
• Europe, USA & Canada – 4-8 working days from despatch (Royal Mail/local postal service*)
• Rest of the world - 1 to 2 weeks
